About me:

Katie Crown is a writer / comedian who currently lives in Toronto, Ontario. This Tim Sims Encouragement Award-Winner has performed all over North America including Andy Kindler’s Alternative Show at Just For Laughs, the UCB’s Comedy Death Ray in Los Angeles, Comedy Central's Comedians of Comedy in New York City, and the San Francisco Sketchfest. Her “fondness for the more subtle aspects of comedic performance endear her to audiences and critics alike. “ (eye weekly). Katie is one of the founding members of Laugh Sabbath, (one of the best weekly alternative comedy nights in Toronto), half of the critically acclaimed duo The Remainders, and one quarter of the award-nominated troupe Knock Knock.(Who's There?) Comedy!, Currently Katie is a writer and performer on the Comedy Network's newest series, HOTBOX. She is also the voice of a number of cartoon characters, including "Izzy" on Total Drama Island/Total Drama Action.
