About Me:
My name is Katie Harnett and I am available as a professional vocalist/backing vocalist for various work. I trained as a dancer, but found that my passion for singing was overwhelming. I have been involved in acting, singing and dancing at a professional level, and have gigging experience at a non professional level (due to being an unsigned band). Having performed with a band for a number of years I feel this has given me a chance to hone my skills not only as a vocalist but also as a musician, collaborating, writing and performing my own material. This has given me the ability to understand what the voice can do, and also means I can adapt to most genres. I am professional, reliable and easy going. I am not a diva!!!
Training, Skills & Experience:
LAMDA examinations in Acting, Poetry & Prose and Mime.
ISTD examinations in Modern, Tap and Ballet to Intermediate level.
RAD examinations in Ballet to Senior Grade.
Musical Theatre experience including panto, cabaret and musicals (from the age of 8-18)
Live venue experience.
Recording Studio experience.

Hey hon, thanks for the comment. I know its been the worst summer i can remember for weather. All the festies were washouts this year as was Wimbledon and just about anything outdoors. ;0(. Been meaning to get in touch but been busy with sessions and stuff. Hows things been with you? Might have a session for you coming up. ;0)
