Television
"The Simpsons", "Family Guy", "Will & Grace", "That 70's Show", "Grey's Anatomy", SNL - but that's if I actually turn on the TV. I mostly get DVD's or watch it at someone else's place. Actually, I haven't even turned my TV on at all since last February. huh, go figure.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Frostburg State University, Md. I have loved performance art of all kinds for as long as I can remember. Nothing is more invigorating than doing a live performance.
I am a singer/songwriter. I taught myself the piano when I was 8, so I still have all those crazy bad fingering habits. But, the stuff I write, I can play well. (Funny how that works.) I love all music - all genres, all generations.

I guess it's time I update. I moved to Los Angeles, Ca from NYC in the summer of '07. From one coast straight to the other. I love it here!! I loved it in NYC too. But it was just time to come here. And somehow things just fell into place and before I knew it I was in my new apartment in Hollywood. I'm continuing the pursuit of my music and film career. And I'm kicking butt so far!! I'm making some great new friends and I'm always excited to learn something new or get a new opportunity.
I also worked at the Big Apple Circus for about a year. It was the most insane thing I have ever done. But I got to travel for free and be a part of one of the only slave driving jobs still existing. I got some muscle too.
In NYC, I played the role of Supergirl in: "Confessions of a Teenage Supergirl". It was really fun to make, and it's suprising what you can do with a small budget and a LOT of creativity. You can check it out at myspace.com/teensupergirl.
I recorded my EP, "Little Secrets" and you can buy it if you want. That would rock for me. You can check out the music at: myspace.com/katienorrismusic.
I was also in a film, "...if it does not last." (check out the trailer below). I've also been teaching myself Japanese. Yes, my friends, Japanese. It started with a dare at a karaoke bar in NYC in Feb. to sing a song in Japanese and has just snowballed. I really enjoy it and I've become pretty good at it. ;) Watashi wa kino hyakuhachiju go no atarashii kotoba (tango) wo manabimashita!!!
