Kathleen’s writing career began with freelance writing for local newspapers, charities, and domestic and foreign retail markets. Today she peppers her writing with client interviews for biographies. "Echoes of Love", a paranormal romance, is her latest published novel which earned recognition from the industry as a finalist in the Book Sellers Best Award, a finalist in the Maggie Award of Excellence and Holt Medallion Award finalist. "Flirting with Finance" is a collaboration with investment diva, Gwendolyn Beck. This soon to be released sassy romance teaches finance to women, and makes it fun!
A member of Romance Writers of America since 1998, Kathleen served on the Board for her local South Florida chapter for six years. She's just taken on the role as President and is having a blast. She enjoys networking in the writing community and acting as a mentor with other writers.
Kathleen believes real people and locations give novels vivid textures, so she visits locales used in her books. Characters she meets in real life often find their way into print. If you’ve met Kathleen, well, you never know. You may become one of her protagonists--or villians!
