| General | Growth by positive campaign work! There is no greater education I can get in understanding the world and its differences and needs for freedom.
I am co-host on the Voices of the People program on LPC-TV,Okemo Valley,Vermont.
*WorkingExperience in a neat local factory named D&T Spinning. "Boy,can I tell ya a yarn!"
Serious though,the people are all good people working hard to make a difference in their lives and for their families.
I appreciate the job and the chance to experience somthing good that gives my life structure and meaning. | | Music | Recently produced & released two cd's with StirringSpirit,Hank McGrath,called "Spirit of the Raven" and "Cathedral of the Trees" - Enya-type compositions produced on digital keyboard and hammerhead software.
The cd's are really cool and the proceeds go to support Protect.org,an non partisan oprganization that pushes for tougher legislation nationwide to stop and prevent child abuse.
I also support independnet creativity from artists,musicians,actors,writers!

It's simple… just Don't Drive On Sunday. Park your
car and stay home. Spend quality time with your
family. Sleep in… Read a book… Watch TV… Do what
ever you want to do…
JUST DON'T DRIVE ON SUNDAY!
You don't have to vote. You don't have to write your
representatives in Washington. You don't have to call
anyone or even send an e-mail to participate in this
project. You really don't have to do anything… Just
stay home on one of our NATIONAL RALLY DATES, starting
on May 21st and
DON'T DRIVE ON SUNDAY!
13% of weekly miles are driven on Sunday. Reducing
that by just a few points will have a huge impact.
According to the D.O.T.'s Bureau of Transportation
Statistics, "U.S. daily travel averages 11 billion
miles a day - almost 40 miles per person per day".
Assuming YOUR CAR averages 20 miles per gallon, YOU
would save about two gallons of gas if you Don't Drive
On Sunday!
IMAGINE IF MILLIONS OF DRIVERS PARKED THEIR CARS ON
SUNDAY, MAY 21st!
Imagine if One Million Cars that would otherwise drive
those 40 miles, stayed parked on Sunday… just one
Sunday. That would save Two Million Gallons of
gasoline nationwide. Your Car, as a part of one
million cars, would help take about 6.5 Million
Dollars out of the retail Oil Economy.

ONE CAR -- ONE PERSON -- MANY VOICES!
Imagine Ten Million (10,000,000) Cars staying home,
just one Sunday, saving Twenty Million (20,000,000)
Gallons of gas. At $3.25 per gallon, this would take
more than Sixty Five Million ($65,000,000.00) Retail
Dollars out of the Oil Companies greedy hands. That
just might get someone's attention in Washington, if
not in the Persian Gulf. But it only takes One Car…
One Person… YOU! And You really don't have to do
anything…
JUST DON'T DRIVE ON SUNDAY!
This project... call it a protest or a movement of
sorts... was created with the hopes that one person
can make a difference. That people who are tired of
the Status Quo with our Government and the
profiteering by the Oil Companies can make a
statement. You can be heard... and You don't have to
do anything... just Don't Drive On Sunday.
NATIONAL RALLY DATES for DON'T DRIVE ON SUNDAY!
To maximize the impact of this campaign, we have
selected the following Sundays as National Rally Dates
where all You have to do to participate is Stay At
Home! Get your shopping done on Saturday, rent some
movies, or plan a block party and get to know your
neighbors. What a great way to make new friends and be
a part of this campaign. All You have to do is stay at
home on one or all of the following dates;
* May 21st, 2006 - Our first National Rally
Date... Join our fight and help us reach a minimum of
One Million Cars. You can be heard.
* June 4th, 2006 - Spread the word... Get active
so we can get at least Five Million Cars off the road.
Together, we can do this... You can help!
* June 18th, 2006 - Dad Says: Don't Drive On
Father's Day! You and Ten Friends stay home and Call
Your Dad! We can reach at least TEN MILLION CARS...
TEN MILLION PEOPLE or MORE! Your father would approve
of saving money... so DON'T DRIVE ON SUNDAY!
* July 2nd, 2006 - Fourth of July Weekend! JULY
2ND is OUR INDEPENDENCE from BIG OIL DAY! Have a
barbecue, buy some fireworks and shoot them off at
home, (but please obey local fireworks laws). If
you're on vacation that week, leave the motorsports
behind on Sunday and stay in your hotel room.
Together, YOU can do this, JUST DON'T DRIVE ON SUNDAY!
You are encouraged to tell Everyone You Know about
this site, and the concept proposed herein. Obviously,
the more people that know about
www.dontdriveonsunday.com, the more people that will
stay home on these National Rally Dates. Anything You
can do to expose this site and getting people to stay
home on these Sundays, the more impact this project
will have.
ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE... YOU!
Remember, the only thing You have to do to participate
in this project, is Stay Home on one or all of the
Sundays listed above. Anybody and Everybody can do
this... just DONT DRIVE ON SUNDAY!
YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL OUR NATIONAL RALLY
DATES...
JUST DON'T DRIVE ON SUNDAY! ANY SUNDAY! EVERY SUNDAY!
Oh yeah... Don't cheat. If you have two cars... park
'em both. Trucks and SUV's... You haven't sold them
yet? Motorcycles... keep 'em in the garage. Boats,
Planes... anything that consumes Oil and/or
Gasoline... don't even start it on Sunday! Let's see
how many barrels of oil we can keep from burning on
just one day... Sunday!
Ride a bike or a skateboard instead. Take a jog or
just walk to where you're going, and get some exercise
for a change. Sit on your butt and watch TV all day...
It doesn't matter what you do... Just DON'T DRIVE ON
SUNDAY!
