Soon thereafter, she began exploring the world of exotic dancing, and it was while working as a house dancer in Las Vegas that she became intrigued by the idea of seeking out a career in adult video. After relocating to Los Angeles, she found immediate success in adult films, often working under the tutelage of Wicked Pictures contract director Michael Raven. With performances in such diverse Wicked titles as Ravens high-tech fantasy epic Angel X and Jonathan Morgans Wicked Auditions 2, Kaylani began receiving acclaim from both fans and critics alike. Impressed with both Kaylanis acting skills and sexual energy on camera, Wicked Pictures Owner and President Steve Orenstein signed the exotic performer to an exclusive contract with the company. She has since created a body of work that culminated with 2004 AVN nominations for Best Actress and Best New Starlet. Recent Kaylani titles have included Stormys feature-directing debut, One Night In Vegas, David Stanleys Harlequin and Brad Armstrongs soon to be released action-adventure epic The Curse Eternal. Since joining the Wicked family, Kaylani has worked in some of the studios most ambitious projects, including the couples oriented Julia Ann vehicles Beautiful and The Assignment, and Jonathan Morgans epic science fiction parody Space Nuts. Late 2003 saw the release of the first film of her Wicked contract, Michael Ravens Blue Rain, an erotic police drama that received press coverage in both AVN and on MTVs The New Tom Green Show. Late fall 2004, saw the Armstrong psychological thriller Eye of the Beholder, starring Kaylani garnering a multitude of noms from AVN including Best Video feature, Best DVD, Best Editing and Best Special Effects. A frequent studio guest on both Playboy TV and mainstream radio, Kaylani also previously hosted her own KSEXRadio.Com talk show, Me So Horny With Kaylani Lei. Kaylani also had a prominent role in megastar rapper 50 Cents interactive DVD Groupie Love, which had revered success at the 2005 AVN awards winning best interactive DVD and Best Music. .. ..
