Further education as culture manager at the SK-Stiftung Kultur, Cologne. Additional qualifications in digital video cut, camera work, and lights obtained at the Medienzentrum Ruhr, Essen, Germany. Worked at the sociology department of the RUB 1987-1989, as a media teacher at the Medienzentrum Ruhr 1992-1994, as a journalist at education department of the Gesamthochschule Essen 1995-1996, as culture manager for the IFAK e.V. Bochum 1998-200 and 2002-2003 for the cultural bureau of the city of Bochum. Artistic director of the Kemnade International festival 2003 / 2005. Artistic director of the MELEZ Festival 2005. Artistic director of the TURKIS Projekt -turkish-jazz-made in germany. Member of the cultural advisory committee of the city of Essen. Manager and Artistic director of Katakomben Theater in Essen, Germany.
