Kazooee 'get it'. They know how to be accessible to the alternative crowd without the burden of conforming to a scene. Their sound is instantaneous and un-hesitating, the vigorous riffing contrasted with the brooding moodiness and sullen nature of the lyrics.
Formed in 2006 in Nottingham, Kazooee have been building momentum playing throughout the city and beyond. Their e.p. 'First' received excellent reviews from fans and critics alike including a thumbs up from Left Lion, one of Nottingham's premier music papers. This is a success they aim to build on with the release of their new full length album 'Wish I Had A Wolf Suit'.
With an ever increasing following expect Kazooee to be ripping up a venue near you sometime soon and watch this space, your favourite local band is on the verge of getting much much bigger.
"Kazooee have a dark side but its wrapped up in velvet.....well worth a look" Will Lillejord
"Kazooee came to Nottingham for its ‘vibrant music scene’ and they have bought their own unique sound with them, including some very catchy riffs. The band has a number of live performances coming up which should go down well with the Nottingham crowds." Left Lion
