I LOVE spending time with my sweetheart, Charles. I like to think of him as my McGyver Chef in the making. He amazes me with his skills in the kitchen. And he's an inspiration to me on Austin's greenbelts. He's taught me the art of wearing camo and military boots gracefully.
I LOVE to stay busy with work, family and friends. I grew up south of Houston as a Preacher's Kid and for those of you thinking wooohoo! Know that I was and still am the "good" Preacher's Kid. Church was a mandated part of my life growing up, but it's an itegral part of who I am today as well. It keeps me balanced and my life centered around what I find to be the most important things about life itself. I've been on 3 mission trips - one to the People's Republic of China and two to Botswana, Africa. If you ever have the chance to experience life outside of the United States - do it! It will change your perspective entirely. You'll find a few pictures from my last trip to Botswana posted here.
Most of my career life, however, is spent working as an HR professional. I've been in the HR field in both the Austin and Dallas, Texas markets, for about eight years and I LOVE it! I love working with people, helping people and encouraging companies to do the right thing for their employees. It's incredibly fulfilling.

Hey, Kimmy! Things are going really well. I'll be finishing school in early Oct. I've managed to stay on the Dean's List and also in the National Honor Society, so I'm very proud of that. Also, a good chance that we could be moving to S. Korea soon as Brandon has accepted a contract there. So, alot of things going on now. I miss all of you lots. Congrats on the latest addition to your home. I'm really happy that all is well with you. Pass along a hello to everyone for me.
