I consider myself a non-thinking man's Carrot Top or Gallagher minus the fruit smashing. No, actually I'm more of Dat Phan style comedian, without the Asian mom impression.

About me: I first performed stand-up in my parents basement for my brother and sister when I was 8 years old. My set was completely improvised and largely consisted of airline material (hey, it was the 80s get off my back) but I did end up with a solid few minutes by discussing the joys of getting my haircut for under $2 at the Model College...something the audience could really relate to!
I then took 17 years off from stand-up to focus my collective efforts on mastering the rubik's cube. I woke up one morning in April of 2006 scared, alone and surrounded in a room full of unsolved rubik's cubes. So I bought a plane ticket to Australia and moved there to clear my head. After a few months of working up the courage I once again performed stand-up in late December of 2006. My set was completely rehearsed and nowhere near as good as my initial attempt...in retrospect I should have stuck with the airline material. Anyway, I got a couple of laughs at my jokes about pooping so I decided to take the logical step and move out to LA and give the stand-up thing a legitimate shot. I have been out on the Left Coast since March '07, trying to be creative everyday and having a great time doing it.
Who I'd like to meet: Someone who thinks I'm funny and is willing to give me an opportunity to prove it to others. That or really anyone, as long as they don't use those stupid Bluetooth headsets. Oh, and no nerds!
Have you been watching the new "Interventions"? The one with the alcoholic/sex addicted mom was awesome, but the one last week with that bulimic chick made me gag so I had to shut it off. Good times.
How you been dude? Hope you have a Merry Christmas!!
