Rapper 'Gorilla' from Denver seen in image promoting the CD 'Denver's Most Wanted, Vol. 3'
DENVER - Denver police are looking for a local rapper known as "Gorilla" who is a suspect in a home invasion and armed robbery.
Investigators say the robbery victim identified the rapper because he had met him previously and because he is featured in a CD tilted "Denver's Most Wanted, Vol. 3." Police don't know "Gorilla's" real name and on Tuesday they asked the public for help in identifying him.
A second man is also wanted in connection with this case.
Police say the rapper and another man were armed when they recently broke into the victim's house and ordered everyone inside to get down. Police say the men took various items from the home and then they fled.
