David Lockhart's painfully excessive capturing of the booze-swilling and constantly concupiscent Jim Morrison is an encyclopedic homage to the ethos of rock. Boudeeka's haunting accurate portrayal of Janis Joplin is a tribute to women in rock (she also plays the Airplane's Grace Slick) and the raw emotion that was so much a part of the scene. Carlton Poward is an almost frightening replica with his spot-on Jimi Hendrix characterization and inspired guitar playing.

Aug. 13th Special guests include Suicide Cowboy and the Troubadoors!

Rock the Book
Rock the Book" seeks to help "Books for the Barrios", a non-profit organization based in Concord, that has been helping the poorest schoolchildren in the Philippines by providing them educational reading and learning materials since 1981. To date, they have sent over 9 million books to the most remote areas or "barrios" of the Philippines. They have built over 50 "Model of Excellence" schools topping the charts in national test scores. Today, this foundation is currently facing a financial crisis that could mark the end of this overseas literacy effort and we are in need of any kind of support that you can offer. We firmly believe that the only way to save a third world country is education. Please do not let the hope in these children’s eyes fade out.

To answer some of your questions, I work about 10 to 15 hours a week and I would say I average around $825 a week or so. Each survey is basically 10 minutes long or so and they come from large companies looking for opinions to better their business. The company I work for is The Surveys Needed (click here) or you can type www.freeresourcesnow.com/surveybusiness.php into your browser. I believe they are accepting people through November. Let me know if you had anymore questions.
