Alexander David Bonaski, 23, our precious son, passed away suddenly on May 24, 2007. He was born in New York City and moved to Phoenix in 1996 with his family. He leaves behind his mother and father, Norma and Edward, and his brother Matthew. He also leaves behind his aunt Sue Ann Blisseck in New York, uncle Patrick Farrell in New Jersey, cousins Jeannie Velasquez in New York and Christine Houghten in Pennsylvania, nephew Kevin, nieces Charlotte and Annalise and many friends that he made through his years on this earth. We will always love him and cherish the precious time we had with him. He graduated from Sunrise Mountain High School in 2002, and attended Glendale Community College. He worked for Ice Gallery as a travel consultant. Alex loved his family and had the biggest heart for his family and friends. He will always be loved and missed. A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 30 from 5:00 to 8:00p.m. with a rosary at 7:00p.m. at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria. The funeral mass will be held on Thursday, May 31, at 9:00a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 8615 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria. Published in The Arizona Republic on 5/29/2007.
