We dream of a world where every child is safe and every heart

I know. I'm the daughter of a pedophile, and yes, I've been impacted, but not defined by it. There's a difference. Sometimes it's hard to see, but it's there and it's important.
And I've learned that no matter what has transpired or is transpiring, there is tremendous power in the present moment of a choice.
What about embracing yours, taking it back from your own doubts and fears or other people's dismissal?
It's not too late you know. I released my first CD, published my first book and welcomed my first
grandchild shortly before I turned 50.
And my adventure is just beginning!
DON'T wait for the perfect time! There's no such thing. There's only
now and now is always a good time to take your first step.

I just enjoyed some fresh strawberries - dang near like eating candy only better! :O) The little one left last night, for her vacation to Yellowstone and will be gone for two weeks, so the plan is to enjoy the quietness, and good book and sleeping in! It was 98 degree's here today, and if I never told you how much I love my two ac units, I am now! LOL!!

Burning Chinese pear candles and enjoying the morning with a cup of coffee, - it's early and the silent quietness surrounds me. I feel peace and hear birds singing and daughter laughing with a friend on the phone. I have so much to do today and yet I am compelled to pay attention with imagination to color and textures. This, and candles is something I never tire of, as it helps me relax and enjoy every nuance, every possibility! Have a great weekend, and coming week!
