    alright, well youre lucky then
    lol
    ive been hittin gthe gym everyday
    for like 3 hours
    and ive gained about 20 IBS
    good ones not fatty ones
    stopped eating bad too
    ill have lieka cookie every now and then
    but for the most part
    healthy food
    and imlooking good if i do say so myslef
    no homo
