I've been writing since the age of seven; put out two rough c.d.'s with Morning Star Studios (http://www.morningstarstudios.com/home.html), one at the age of 15 and the next at the age of 19. All my songs are written on piano. I write the vocal melody also. I've written many solo piano compositions along with my alternative vocal/piano pieces. I've played solo pieces at Jordan Hall in Boston. I toured with a southern rock band (Georgia Avenue) in 2001-2002, opening for The Roots, O.A.R., Dispatch, Blues Traveler, Kelly Bell Band, Carbon Leaf, Wilco, Pat McGee, Rod Stewart, Cowboy Mouth, Virginia Coalition, Ari Hest etc. I've played in venues like The House Of Blues in Myrtle Beach, D.C. Sessions a great outdoor festival, Salisbury Park outdoor festival, 9:30 Club in D.C.. I've also recorded with Georgia Avenue at The Fidelitorium (http://www.fidelitorium.com/) in North Carolina. These have all helped shape me into the singer/songwriter I am today. As you can see I love music and love playing every chance I get.
I am currently writing and recording my debut album with Derek Chafin. Songs for this album will be posted towards the end of the fall, early winter. I'm also attending West Chester University as a Journalism major and vocal minor. This is just a glimpse of ME! When I'm not working or sleeping, I'm writing or playing every chance I get. Music is the one thing in life that captivates me in every way. I don't know what I'd do without it. I've put a couple tunes on the site of past original work. Thanks for listening!
