Natural Forces.
Grew up listening to Country and Rock n Roll music on the radio,and a bit of Skiffle. Then British beat groups and early R&B music , American West Coast rock bands, emerging underground folk and blues styles, Americana, Alt. Country and all that stuff. I guess those early influences stay with you, in my case Country music, honest and raw. A little bit of a lot of styles rubbed off on me.
There are releases of my songs out there, you can find them, look me up on Folkwit Records and CD Baby with soundclips to try. I will put out another selection of my Country songs in 2010, I'm working on that one.
I play live with " The Red Flags " doing a set of my own song material in a more Folk/Blues vein.
Also " The Doghouse Boys " I'm Doug Hayride in that outfit. We are just a good time Honky Tonk band.
