Born in Toronto, Ontario, I am a full-time single mom of three young children. Appreciative of the arts, I am trained and experienced in acting on camera in television and in motion pictures. Also I am trained in theatre and television makeup application. I am a certified esthetician and electrologist as well as a certified wildlife conservationist. Also PADI-certified, I take exceptional enjoyment in scuba diving. I adore country music but I do not exclude listening to other genres of music that are pleasing to my ears. I sing [terribly] and dance [quite well ;)] along to the radio with my children all the time.
Growing up I was always athletic, playing various sports like ringette, softball, and soccer, but always secretly wanted to be a ballerina. I started working out with weights at age 15 and I have kept fit over the years mostly with cardio and weight-training. Since having my children I have replaced weight-training with home workouts using Tony Little's Gazelle, Windsor Pilates, Life Lift aerobic breathing technique with isometrics, Rebounding, and this summer I discovered that boxing against a weight bag is a very satisfying workout. I also pay close attention to eating a healthy diet avoiding as many toxic additives as possible. I do not smoke or take drugs, but I do drink Lakeport Honey Lager beer, various red wines or champagne if it is Cristal....all in moderation. My favourite being a nice cold beer, of course, lol. Because of all this I have the energy levels that I had in my twenties and this allows me to keep up with raising my children without feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Presently, I am enrolled in a home-study art course that finishes up next December and, on occasion, I write nice poetry. Under God, my true loves are undeniably my children with who I spend all of my time. I anticipate getting back into the arts for employment part-time very soon....preferably something I can do from home. I have been getting out a little more often these days and my heart is finally ready to let somebody in. My kids are my life and the more the merrier, I say, lol .........

In June 2007, Keithurban.net sent out a request for video submissions to help compile a fan-filled video to play in concert during Keith's song 'Days Go By'. Of course I was happy to contribute but according to Canada Post my video never arrived at Monkeyville station and was MIA. To my great surprise I see that it did make it to destination and Keith and his clan were able to use it!
I don't know how many stories high that screen is, but I am sure that I could give the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man ('Ghostbusters', remember?) a run for his money, lol.
What a fun way for Keith to show his appreciation of his fans :)

Hi Nancy!! How are you? Oh my weekend is going well just prefectly!! The wind has finally settled down and the sun is out!! But I am inside, so I don't have to worry so much...just keeping warm though.... and what have you been up to these days? I hope that all is going well... as for the vampires,I don't have any here, but i think the TV and Theatre have a few that might need to be killed!! But lucky you to have little ceasars!! They closed in Kingston when I was a kid!! Fun times!! lol. As for me today, I am doing most excellent!! The day is nice and unusually windy, but I don't mind. Other that, just keeping busy and enjoying the day as it comes. Life can be great....depends on how you make it!!
