The voice is such a melodic instrument, and with all the dancing and technology in music today sometimes the voice is lost in the song. Kellee Lee is a voice. A young girl whos mom taught her to sing not long after she could spell her name, she was a singer in the making. Growing up listening to Whitney Houston and as a teenager singing to Mariah Carey she later found herself behind a microphone on local Seattle stages. Born in Long Beach California but growing up in Seattle this Japanese mixed green eyed girl was noticed quickly. Doing hooks for Bad Luk a well respected Seattle hip hop artist, this was Kellees first real exposure to the recording process. Not long after that she moved to California where you can find her singing today. Known for her Sexy & Smooth voice she has a distinctive sound and easy to listen to tone. She admits she is a two stepper, but is here to tell guys what girls really think but sometimes are too afraid to say. "I really just love to write and sing to people in a way that I hope to touch their soul". Kellee Lee is a voice to be heard!
