Kelly has the writing style/message of Joni Mitchell and the vocals of Janis Joplin, Joss Stone, Kelly Clarkson, Tori Amos, Bjorke, Norah Jones, and a female version of Robert Plant.
Kelly Carvin is a spunky, fun, intense, attention grabbing, foot stompin', leg kickin' singer/songwriter from Central New Jersey sponsored by CARVIN Amps & Guitars. In 2007 she was picked in the 1st round of American Idol in Philadelphia, PA and in 2008 she won Mercer County's Searching for the Stars competition. Also a winner in the Freehold Idol, and a finalist with her band in The Break Contest held at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park. In only two short years, she has been noticed by news papers and press all over, has played at venues such as The Apollo Theater, The Tin Angel, The Trocadero, The Stone Pony, Crocodile Rock Cafe, and has opened for acts such as Jeffery Gaines, and Lucas Rossi (Super Nova). Kelly also has a rocking band called Kelly Carvin & The Future also from Central Jersey. The band consists of all three members of Bigfoot: Johnny D'Angelo on drums, Jesse Bushnell on guitar, and Andrew Kosek on bass. These four together make one hell of a sound mixed with the roots of blues and rock, a touch of folk, country, soul, and pop. They appeal to all kinds of people, age groups and genres because of their older roots mixed with newer sounds. This summer Kelly is recording with her band at Silversound Studios with the drummer of the band Silvertide. Stay tuned this band is going to rock America!

There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.

Stroudsburg and Natural Breakdown has some great history for the past three years. If you come out for the show be sure to visit our friends at the Sarah Street Grill (right behind the sherman) for good food and drinks. The Sarah Street Grill was the first room in Stroudsburg where Natural Breakdown played back in 2006. The day was part of a pre & post show party Railroad Earth.
