I grew up in a small town in the state of West Virginia, but that doesn’t mean I'm a hillbilly! In high school, I was in the choir and helped with some youth groups. After finishing, I went to Glenville State College for two years to study computer web design and coding. In the fall of 2003, I had to have eye surgery due to a childhood eye problem, congenital toxoplasmosis, and therefore didn't finish my studies. I hope to go back soon and finish, so that I can get paid for doing a site like this some day!
And, though I can't see very well, I make up for it in other things. I do work on computers and help clean houses. I enjoy working on this site and spending time with my friends. I write lyrics and stories, and am currently writing a book with a friend. I hope to get it published!
About my music: I enjoy everything from old rock‘n’roll to Big Band and new age punk rock. I'm a fan of singer Anastasia. Her music helped me with the rough times in my life. I enjoy theater and the fine arts. From age 3, I was singing and dancing. Like any child, I had dreams of being in the spotlight, but you know what? I still have that dream.
My type of movies? I’m all over the place. I can enjoy a good creepy movie like "Child's Play" and then a nice comedy like "Austin Powers." My favorites are the classic, black-and-white movies, especially "Road to Morocco" and "Kiss me Stupid." Some of my favorite actors/actresses are: Alex Borstein, Gillian Anderson, Jennifer Tilly, Seth Green and Mike Myers.
If you know me, you know that I love cartoons! I watch everything from "Invader Zim" to, of course, "Family Guy." I'm not big fan of anime, however, I'm now hooked on "InuYasaha," both in Japanese and English. It's a great show. I have always enjoyed cartoons. I like them better then live action. I do enjoy "House" and "American Idol", but I don't watch much TV these days.

Yeah, I like some new stuff too... A lot of new stuff actually, but my hear will always always belong to Frank. :] And I've been singing like Judy my whole life- Some of my friends actually call me Miss Garland when we sing. XD
I LOVE Gene Kelly movies. Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire... Although I think Gene looks like he's having a lot more fun when he's dancing than Fred. :P
I love Audrey Hepburn as well. She didn't sing in My Fair Lady, that was Marni Nixon, but she DID sing in Funny Face, and I think she has a beautiful voice.
