Like most writers, I've been creating stories since I could hold a pencil. Thank God for computers (even I can't decipher my early writing!) I love writing romance and science fiction. I also love being part of the community of writers - they're intelligent and interesting people, who love you and support you, but also kick your butt when you need it (where's your submission? Get writing! Plot - what plot? Go back and try again!)
I also love music and reenacting. I play the fife in a fife and drum group, and we dress up in period clothes and invade historic sites, teaching the public, cooking over open fires, and generally having fun while trying not to kill ourselves. Nothing like really time-traveling!
