i'm so proud of you.. i still feel sick at the thought of it. i cant touch raw meat and if i think about it before i cant eat it.. i guess i am a meat restrictor.. i dont eat seafood, some pork, and i dont eat eggs or drink milk.. i know, still not good.. but better!
