About me:

.. "...of no fame."

I am somebody named Kel. You can call me that or call me any of the other names by which I am sometimes called; that's fine. Whatever you're used to.
I write. I school. I eat. I gym. I work. We all change and grow.

I am currently doing school in Duluth. I should be done by December of 2009. That means I will have been here for four years. Which is too long.
For those of you who might say "Duluth is so beautiful, I'd love to live there," no you wouldn't. Duluth is physically huge, the job market is total shit, everybody smokes, and looking at the lake in awe gets old after the first month.
UMD is a giant high school: it's all indoors and you're crammed inside this disease ridden prison with all these sick, nasty gentiles who sneeze and cough in their hands, never wash after going to the bathroom, and don't like the idea of circulating fresh air in and out of the building. Motherfuckers.
I like cereal.

Ways you can keep in touch with me besides my MySpace page:

-My Livejournal: "Bodhisattva Victorious in Strife"

-My Flickr page, which will soon be replaced with a Picasa page.

-My Facebook page

-or e-mail me, assuming you have my e-mail address. or call me, assuming you have my number. or drop me a letter if you live in the 1800's and you're feeling like writing like dr. frankenstein did, when half of the book was just mary shelley going "oh crap i have to get like 30,000 more words in this or i can't get it published and lord byron is going to kill me if i don't" so she just wrote a bunch of letters about dr. frankenstein's step sister who he was going to marry and, really, isn't that book just the epitome of what's wrong with the way stories were written in the 1800's? i mean come on. how many people were really literate enough to write twenty page letters by hand and have someone read it? think of how many times you'd have to re-write something after screwing up, or misspelling, or just using the wrong word or realizing, "nah, he doesn't need to know this." seriously. but i got a renewed appreciation for the word "galvanization" from that book. that word? awesome.

Who I'd like to meet:

People that I know in real life or that I am likely to meet by more than just coincidence. Also, comic book artists/writers, novelists and short story types, and anyone who has shown a spontaneous interest in my writing.

I finally got around to watching your video. It was indeed awesome! It made me think it was a missing scene from Flash Gordon... you know, the one that shouldn't have been cut and that may have actually saved that movie from the dreadful clutches of Ming the Merciless.

It doesn't even need lyrics, does it?

Great. At least you know that when I eventually turn into a zombie (during this zombie holocaust thing that will probably happen) I won't eat you. So you don't have to shoot me. It's a win, win situation.
