1995年結成。

■ KEMURI とは・・・
P・M・A（positive mental attitude=肯定的精神姿勢）をバンドの哲学としています。
それぞれのPMA（positive mental attitude=肯定的精神姿勢）に基づいて音楽を愛し、楽しんでいこうとしているバンドです。

■ KEMURI の音
60年代のジャマイカで生まれたダンスミュージックであるSkaと、70年代のイギリスで生まれたPunk、そしてHardcoreが融合した音楽です。
それに、管楽器が加わっているところが音的な特徴です。
明るくからっとした、楽しい力強い音楽がKEMURIの音楽性です。

■ KEMURIの詩
PMA（positive mental attitude=肯定的精神姿勢）を基本にして全ての詩は成り立っています。
自分とは？社会とは？人生とは？真実とは？自然とは？愛とは？死とは？前向きに生きることとはどういうことかをうたっています。

■ KEMURI の目指すもの
KEMURIはロックバンドとして国内・国外こだわらずに活動をしていくことを目指しています。
安易で短絡的な思考・思想に基づいて愛・平和・理解しあうことの大切さや前向きであることの大切さを叫ぶのではなく、人間の本能を肯定したうえでこの世界をより良いものにするにはどうしたらよいかを模索し、うたっていきたいと思っています。
人生は一度しかありません。出来るだけ後悔の少ない人生にしたいと思っています。

■ KEMURI の音楽に対する姿勢
KEMURI は、音楽を心の底から愛しています。言語の壁を乗り越えて、世界が手をつなげる大きな力をもった、この素晴らしい芸術をいつも楽しんでいたい、そう思っています。そして、偉大な力を持った音楽に対しつねに前向きで、肯定的な態度で接していくことを、一番大切にしています。
大きな力をもつ音楽であるからこそ、自分たちの前向きで、正しい力を注いでいくことが、大切であると信じています。
