Musician wise I give credit to Bob Dylan, Tracy Chapman, Carole King, Mama's and the Papa's, Abba, Ella, Billie Holiday, Louise Armstrong, and all those people inbetween.
Person wise my influences were my parents (corny, I know), Ray Lyell (my vocal coach who never stopped trying to get me to write songs), Steve Jones (my theory teacher at school who never got tired of explaining theory for the fifth time to me), Pat Coleman (the producer of my CD), Jenica Rayne (a fellow musician who helped me through the recording of my album), Rick Salt (the phenominal engineer who took time to explain all of the little things he was doing and ensured that I was not freaking out too much lol), Aaron Bethune (a fellow studen/friend who has also helped me through the album and the forming of my first band and performance of my own songs), Michelle McKeon (my best friend), Bram Carter (my only and my support system, xio), there's most likely another fifty people who should be on this list but it's late at night and I'll update this continually.
