John Williams, José Tomás, José Luis Gonzales, Jorge Cardoso, Julian Bream, and many others who made a profound impression when I began to delve into nylon stringed guitar. More oriented toward the jazz world were Chet Atkins, Les Paul, Joe Pass, Baden Powell, Pat Metheny, Mick Goodrick and perhaps more importantly, the many friends and individuals I met while at Berklee College of Music.
Before college, Carlos Santana, Steve Howe, John Renbourn, Joe Walsh, Jimmy Page, Toni Iomi and electric beyond each propelled me into differing styles of music. However, learning to read music notation very early on, jazz, classical and other orchestrated musical forms have always cast their spell.
