As a 10 year old child, my dream wasnt to be a doctor, lawyer, banker or even a pop star. It was to be the first black pope! Suffice to say, I'm no longer a catholic, but I have completely embraced my destiny as a Minister.
By 1996, I had served as a soloist and music director in different ministries, and served as a worship minister under my beloved Papa, the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa.
I relocated back to America from Nigeria that same year, and it wasnt long before I found myself travelling and ministering as a Music Minister.
I was an accomplished writer and worship minister, but it all came crashing down in 2006 when my secret inner struggles imploded resulting in a full blown lifestyle of drug use (crystal meth) and promiscuity. It ultimately led to homelessness and a suicide attempt that left me in a coma for a week.
But I had another chance at life by Gods mercy and grace through Christ Jesus. My rehabilitation involved most of 2007, and it was HARD WORK! My support system was my professional therapist, and Central Union Mission.
2008 was my year of re-establishment. I crafted a career in Web Designing, Networking Public Relations.
I currently moderate the online group IRON SHARPENS IRON (ISI), and in July 2009 launched the inaugural Prayer Conference Call.
I have a full plate working on several materials for publishing, and music for recording.
Jesus does give second chances.
