Who I'd like to meet:

I’ve not updated here for a very long time,but thought I’d add this now. Last August 2008 I was fortunate to meet up with friends in my former home town Hereford in the Midlands Uk and together we made a video interview with Verden Allen Titled: Talk of the Towns” It’s made up from various material, scrapbook photos, memorabilia, and music, and audio, narration which was gathered by that tribute space, from many friends there, and thus in general a myspace community network video project being created by friends with quite a bit of cooperation online working together including myself who also joined in. Nowadays this web video series is displayed first hand in 4 parts there! Begins with that two-part interview with Verden Allen in Hereford, focusing on his solo career and his connections with James Honeyman Scott and Martin Chambers of ”The Pretenders” He also speculates at the time on the possible chance,that's now happening as advertised “Mott The Hoople” reunion. (Parts 1 and 2) of Talk of the towns has been since added also by Verden to the official “Mott The Hoople” website. Earlier this year 2009 I was fortunately asked by Verden to digitally manipulate his portrait photo,during that process using very many digital photo editing effects, testing and experimenting,same time creating a series of 8 sample composite collage design presentations, These 8 sample designs were in many ways created by a joint effort with Verden and myself discussing the project as it went along which was interesting and fun. Being a humble potter on the space I proudly mention one of those 8 sample design presentations was chosen by Verden for his latest solo cd cover This design project is my latest contribution to the Music World SEE BLOG: "Verden Allen cd cover project" for more links concerning this project! Titled:” My Masochistic Side” to be released July 13th 2009 Verden's new solo album highlights once again his honed song writing skills as well as his trademark Hammond Organ aimed at all fans of good rock music. The swirling Hammond Organ and striking vocals shows how fundamental he was to the success of Mott The Hoople. This album is a good mix of rock tracks and ballads and will appeal to both existing fans and those who are curiously open minded.
