So here it is. Small actions – big reactions. I just want to write down some words about the album meaning.
We speak about relationships between people in most of the songs. We believe that all the problems in the world (wars, starvation, child abuses, bad politics, etc.) are caused by people who have problems with themselves. If you think about it, when you lie to people or you do something behind their backs, that feeling of guilt remains impressed in your subconscious mind even if you want to suppress it. And that’s what happens with every bad thing that you do, it accumulates until it all comes to light and provokes an awful reaction. Most people don’t realize how substantial this is or when they finally become aware of it, it’s already too late. It is said that when you envy someone and you spread rumours about them you are actually not pleased with yourself. And this is the reason why good people are hard to find. It’s important that we become aware of this fact otherwise we will slowly destroy each other.
You will probably find nothing new in the lyrics, but you can take them as a tip. A reminder of how considerable it is to be conscious of these things. The name of the album tells that it takes a small action like pushing a button to cause a catastrophe. Take a girl and call her fat – you will probably affect her for the rest of her life. One word (small action), continual frustration in life (big reaction). On the other side helping an elder to cross a street (small action) can leave you feeling good about yourself because you did something admirable (big reaction).
If we understand this and explain it to our children, they will pass it on to theirs (future politicians, policemen, doctors, lawyers etc.) and the world will become a better place to live in. We have to acknowledge this. Only with mutual respect and support will we succeed!

Kennybal Smith is a four-piece punk-hardcore band from the west side of Slovenia, who 's been rocking the music scene since September 2003. Ex-members of hardcore bands Straightforward and Krik Disneylanda are making their own music with angry and groovy guitar riffs and socially critical, positive and self-experienced lyrics.
Through the years they have shared the stage all over Slovenia and other countries (Italy, Austria, France) with bands like Lagwagon (USA), Burning Heads (Fra), Mad Caddies (USA) , Pepper (USA), Al and the black cats (USA), Break the Silence (USA), BeerBong (I), Elvis Jackson (Slo), Fat prezident (Cro), Golliwog (Slo), In-Sane (Slo), Evenrain (Slo), Amanda Woodward (Fra) ...
In December 2005 their song "Spirits" took place on an important Austrian punk compilation called A-punk with bands from all over the world such as Suicide Machines, Belvedere, Red Lights Flash, Rentokill, etc.
In October 2006 they recorded their second demo CD and soon after that in December 2006 they began the tour called ''Resist fashion tour 2006/07 with Golliwog which included gigs mostly in Slovenia and also abroad and lasted from december 2006 to march 2007.
Their hardly awaited debut album called ''Small actions – big reactions'' was released on December 14 th 2007 on self – titled label, which was promoted on the release party at Mostovna on December 21 st 2007. On May 13th 2008 they introduced their first video for the song 'Freddy's back' to the public, which was released on their previously mentioned debut album.
