Greatest movie ever made, Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz! Ok, maybe not the greatest ever, but pretty darn good.
SuperBad: This film is a true classic.
If it has Vincent Price, Jerry Lewis or Dorris Day in it I'll try watching it. I'm not really into serious drama ... have enough of that, it's called real life thanks. Comedy, anime, cartoons, horror and sci-fi... otherwise I'd prefer reading or chilling with one of my pets.
Don't have time for them as much as I'd like, occasional comics like Green Latern, Spectre, Doom Patrol, etc. Otherwise I read books on animals and how to help learn new software.
Heroes
Fictional heroes: Spiderman, Spawn, Martian Manhunter, Hourman, the crew of DP7 and of course.... Captain Carrot and his amazing Zoo Crew.
My real life heroe would be Jerry Lewis (whom my wife has worked with for raising funds for MS doing a hop-a-thon with her classroom) for being one of the greatest comedians of all time and maybe Jeff Corwin for helping get the message out about how important nature is, protecting wildlife is in our best interests. And of course Steve Irwin... god bless his soul.

I meet some real interesting people (sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.. ok some time some major odd balls). Some people have fallen for online scammers with $1000 monkeys and think that everyone online selling animals are scammers... HELLO!! if you pay only $1000 for a Capuchin odds are that it is a scam. Research before you buy, then call the BBB to check for complaints, and final ask for a few references. Please remember, I do not have to sell an animal to any buyer, if someone comes off as being a person that would not be a good fit for an animal I will not hesitate to halt the sale.

I am into the exotic animal hobby/pet trade. I like to think that I know more about animals than most people... but am always open to learn more from people that have more experience than me.
I grew up in IL... which happens to be a fairly non-exotic pet friendly state. Can't say I ever really fit in when growing up, always pretty much an outcast, sometimes by choice but not always. It's hard to relate to people that are so different from you. I have such a narrow field of interests such as exotic pets, Volkswagen cars to some degree, nature in general, Sci-Fi fantasy film, books and comics. I despise more sports, I never had any desire to be a part of any sport... partly since I feel that in any sport there will be two parties, one party of winners and one party of losers. It is never a good feeling to give it your all and loose, and lets face it... sports are all about winning.
I’d love to be on the Survivor TV show sometime. One of these days I’ll submit a video and application. I know I’d have a hard time in the competitions but I’d like to go just to see how a person like me would fair. Plus, I’d love to be able to enjoy the native wildlife.
Music, yah.. like just about anything but I'm not "into" anything real heavy. I do like jazz, blues and old school swing and big brass bands. Heavy metal is always ok with me as well.

Folks... I hear people saying that they don't expect the animal ban bill HR669 to ever pass so they are not going to bother with contacting their congressman. STUPID!! This will affect all of us somehow, every single one of us needs to contact our congressmen. Use www.congress.org an you can get a message sent to your congress man in seconds! Just enter your zipcode and the website will find your congressman and let you type your message.. it can be nothing more than "please kill hr669 because I am an exotic pet owner and it is my right to own any animal that I wish".
You are soon to loose the right to own your parrot, snake, lizard, angel fish, tiger oscar (proven invasive in warm states.. they are wild in Florida already), Serval, Savannah, Wolf Hybrid, Ferret, Big cats of any kind, pole cat, patagonian cavy, and soooo much more.
Fight for this people! Get off your couch, you can spare 10 minutes to do what is right. I am sure that every PETA freak out there is making sure that they contact their congress in support of this... we need to do so as well. I already see statements from groups on congress.org supporting HR669... we need to counter this 1000 fold.
Indian Crested Porcupine, unrelated adult pair for $2500 or $1450 each. Captive bred, these are not wild caught! Please note, these are Indian Crested, not the common African Crested species usually offered. These reach a massive 3ft in size and can weight as much as 32lbs at full size, very impressive animal.
