Woon1240 is a radiostation that broadcasts to Northern Rhode Island communities of WOONSOCKET, NORTH SMITHFIELD, CUMBERLAND, LINCOLN, BURRILLVILLE, and the Massachusetts communities of BELLINGHAM, BLACKSTONE, MILLVILLE, UXBRIDGE, FRANKLIN, and a portion of WRENTHAM. My show goes on air on Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. During this Hour there are tons of activities going on such as: The Bin Laden watch, Junk Food Update (where i tell you what food is supposedly killing us now), and The "Stupid" Sign of The Week (where i point out someone who acted before they thought). If there is one thing i love most about this hour is when listeners call and voice their opinions weither our opinions agree or not, CALL and discuss the topics of the week. Call 1-401-766-1240 during the show to do so. So no matter what age, sex, opinion you have, listen and feel free to call.
On this page feel free to voice opinions on previous shows, current events, or how the food was at that resteraunt down the street. If politics bug you, tell me why. Anti Iraq war? think the president should be charged with impeachment or atleast censured? think the peoples liberties are being violated? Do you have any problems with the country or the Administration? Then your exactly my type of person. Its time to voice your opinions... and let the government know exactly how bad they are messing up. All I ask is to keep it proffesional, anything personal should be sent in a message.
