About Ken’s musical adventures and personal myspace
I enjoy playing bass. Clevis is my bass & drum instrumental project. Tape the Fault Line is off our second CD (2008).

I also work with kids playing music. The second track on the music player is an interpretation of Jaco Pastorius' interpretation of the Beatles' Blackbird. It was recorded and sung by an elementary school student for a charity CD entitled The Third Arrow.

Come to the Solar Wimp show and request "The Cleaner"

Between the two of us, there may be a chance they'll play it!

Hi Ken.

You should check out the movie "Suburbia"

Its right in line with arm wrestlers at truck stops who get their arms ripped off, except its punks with random dog attacks! unrealistic violence abounds!

Hyphy (pronounced /ˈhaɪfiː/ HYE-fee) is a slang word used in the Bay Area that literally means "rambunctious".

Hyphy music is distinguished by gritty, pounding rhythms and in this sense can be associated with the Bay Area as crunk music is to the South; however, contrary to popular belief, the musical aspect of the Hyphy movement has very few similarities to crunk music as it is dictated by more up-tempo beats. An individual is said to "get hyphy" when they act or dance in an overstated, fast paced, and ridiculous manner. Those who consider themselves part of the Hyphy movement would describe this behavior as "getting stupid" or "going dumb." In contrast to much of popular American culture where these phrases would be considered negative or even insulting, Hyphy is distinguished by taking this kind of behavior as a form of pride.
