Ken is a singer/songwriter and has been performing his brand of pop-folk for about 15 years. He has released three CDs with Raven Boy Music, and is scheduled to release the long-awaited new "Human History" in March of 2008. The CD will consist mainly of songs that view famous historical (usually medieval or older) events from the point of view of a single character who was there. The result is a series of songs that make make you think, laugh, cry while enjoying the excellent folk-pop music that brings the songs to life.

way cool! it makes perfect sense, actually... and with a little (or a lot of) practice I should be able to do it automatically... I've got my guitar tuned, been practicing the picking style (and you can call it finger picking if you want... I'm using my fingers to pick the strings so that term works for me) so now all I have to do is apply the chords and remember the words ;) Thanks!
I'm glad it pleased you as much as it did me, then... it was awesome! I sing along with you and Lisa every day, LOL, (your songs make up over half the music I have on my MP3 player) so I've had lots of practice :D

Thanks for the add, Ken! It was great seeing you again and meeting Lisa... I was so excited I was having trouble thinking, LOL... or I would have peppered you with requests! A song would pop into my head, then before I could get the title out, three more were crowding in and I couldn't make up my mind which to ask you two to sing. Next time I'll be better prepared... actually I just want to hear *all* of your songs :) I don't know all the words to all the songs yet, but I know most of them (I think I know all of Lisa's songs except the two in Gaelic), and I know the tunes. Thanks for letting me sing with you. That was a real treat!

i'd suggest guinness but you said you don't like beer.i looooove guinness.and i never get hungover from it.unfortunately i didn't have guinness last night and today was not fun. blaahhhh
ha, no.more technical. scanning andthings of that nature. but i DID go to school and learn that, very in depth. ^_^ but there are some shoots on the horizon

ha, my boyfriend and i are big geeks too.funny enough, he's a musician also and he wants to be a sound tech/audio something and repair...i dunno, i tuned out when i stopped understanding^_^it only counts if its flying circus monty and not movie monty though ^_^ "This is a non-parrot. It has ceased to be!" The pet store and the fish slap dance are probably my top faves. Yeah I'm thinking its a nature thing, ha! Except i'm not sure my pop likes monty. We watch old twilight zones. to a part-time librarian, texas is as far as japan:( but i'm trying to do something in the winter to get there.a bunch of my friends moved there within the past few years too so i'm going to say its a maybe. keep your fingers crossed that i either win the lottery or become famous!so hows life been?
