| General | I'm pretty boring. I'll go with "long walks on the beach" just to sound interesting. But I'm really not that type of chick. My only interests are nurturing , supporting, and taking care of others; specifically my family and friends. I love long talks about major issues or nothing at all. I love simple activities. I'm not a wine and dine kinda girl. A burger and a good game of pool suits me just fine :-)
This year I want to work on ME; living the best life possible; doing right by others. I want to find my purpose; focus on bettering myself and setting a good example for my daughter and anyone else impressionable who may come into my life. I would also like to work towards maintaining the gift I have been given with this surgery. It has changed my life forever.
| | Music | My taste in music has been labeled eclectic by many. My favorites span from classic R & B to Alternative. Too many artists on my "top" lists to name really, guaranteed one of my favorites is one of yours!
| | Movies | I can admit that I have wierd taste in movies. I LOVE the 80's cult classics; 16 Candles, Pretty in Pink, Breakfast Club, Wierd Science, but I cant say thats that's all. Annie, LIttle Shop of Horros, RENT, and South Pacific are my all time favorite Musicals. I also LOVE the Color Purple, The Best Man, and The Wood...Right now I am stuck on those Tyler Perry joints...wierd I know... | | Books | The Vixen Diaries, Why Black Men Love White Women, The Miseducation of the Negro (WHOA!)I am currently reading "Grace After Midnight" by the chick-dude from The Wire. (I forget her name) | | Heroes | I would have to say... WONDER WOMAN. I always admired her fashion sense LMAO!!!!
