The Kingdom Embassy Prophetic Mime is an annointed group that uses facial expression, body movements, flags and dramatic skits to portray God's message through song and liturgical dance.
In the year 2000, two young women who loved gospel music and to sing were inspired to reach the Doubting Thomas' of the world; those who could not believe, except to see, touch or be touched. They began to listen to gospel music and bring the interpretation of the lyrics and melodious sounds through the anointed demonstration of gestures, costumes and expression; thereby forming Harambee United Church of Christ's first Mime Ministry.
By 2001, the Ministry developed from two members to four and then to ten. These young people performed for Universities, recovery groups and agencies, civic groups, nursing homes and churches.
In 2004, the Mime Ministry began to flow in their annointing of the prophetic arts. The Ministry now includes women between the ages of 18 to 42 years old. Doors continue to open for them. The Mime Ministry has performed at Prophetic Conferences and has opened for plays and concerts, and opened for Fred Hammond on November 2, 2004 and during a workshop for Stephen Hurd on April 1, 2007.
The Mime Ministry continues to reach those Doubting Thomas' through this powerful and edifying ministry of purpose by taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the venue of prophetic arts; reaching multi-generations and treading multicultural territories.
