COLIN: Drums, brilliant vocals, senior moments. Elder statesman of the group. Drinks anything wet and alcoholic.
STEVE: Guitar collection, vocals, Blurry fingers, Les Paul Standard, Joe Satriani signature guitars (one signed by Satch, natch), lemonade. Hates cabaret style gigs.
ED:
Our new guitarist. What a nice guy and what a great player! A Les Paul, Strats, Tele's and a great bluesy feel. Also has the required long hair to restore the correct hirsuite balance to the band's overall coiffuire.
IAN E: 4, 8 and 12 string basses and vocals, the other guitar / bass collector, gig hunter, lager lout, broken-hearted hopeless romantic. 6 x 10" and 2 x 15" speakers, the only one of the band that is vaguely likely to still wear PVC trousers and / or a purple wig. His hair is all his own and is NOT dyed. Also to blame for the band website HERE!!.
Amen.
One of the hardest working classic rock bands in the country!!!OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
"We know exactly how we want the songs we play to sound and our first task as a group is to do what pleases and interests us and to ensure that our audience are greatly impressed with what we do. Unless songs are quite sacred to us (it happens), we will play the songs how we personally like to play them and we try put our own stamp on them, to make them different and interesting and also so we don't sound exactly like every other band, who may have been playing 'Twist and Shout' for the last 40 years in the same floral shirt.
We don't play Freebird.
If we want to make 'Summer of 69' into a 'reggae dub mix ganja extravanganza' with backwards guitars and a kazoo orchestra, we will. If a Bryan Adams fan is offended by this, he can just go home and put the CD on and pray for us all to go to Hell. We can assure you that Bryan Adams really doesn't care."

The Kerbcrawlers are a UK based 4 man classic rock band.... from the Bolton and Wigan area, to be precise. Our utterly spiffing website is, of course, at www.thekerbcrawlers.co.uk. Accept no inferior substitute. HOORAY... Our three albums are on sale at shows.
Comments on this MySpace site are always welcome. They will be tidied up at the end of each month.
We have dumped a bunch of venues that we have played in recent years and that we have decided that there is absolutely NO point in going back to. We have had enough of drunks falling onto the stage, grabbing the band, heckling, cavernous dumps with a rubbish sound, overly small stages, insect infestations, landlords who have underpaid us or double-booked us, shitholes, etc. None of that really grabs us.
The Kerbcrawlers are a damn good little band (even if we have to say it ourselves) and the venues that we are going to play in 2009 will be the places that WE are HAPPY to play. See HERE for the most up to date gig list of all.
