    i damaged to muscles in my shoulders enough for them to tell me that i wasnt even to run. I dont kno what my shoulders have to do with running. They gave me some exercises to do a few times a day. They helped out a lot and i feel so much better

    I ended up injuring myself. The day we were moving to our permanate building, i was carrying 2 seabags that were stuffed pack with stuff. When we got ther, i couldn't really lift my arms so i went to medical. After that they kept me ther another couple of weeks as they processed me back out of the navy and they sent me back home :(
