About me:

I am 30 years old, a mom, a wife, and a licensed practical nurse. I work part time as a home health nurse and full time for my brother in law at Robertsons Heating, A/C, & Electrical. I think I'm a pretty cool chick for the most part. I can be goofy sometimes, but I LOVE intelligent conversation with others. ***Also*** I am just mentally ill enough to be interesting. ;)

I have been married to Rob, Robert, Bobby (whichever you know him as) for 8 years. He is one of the most fascinating people that I know. He is a master of his trade as a locksmith. He is a great business man and works for the parent company of a very successful franchise. He works harder than any person that I know. He is a member of Mensa and is one of the smartest people that I know. He was a 1st Lieutenant in the Army and once had the priveledge of serving in the Old guard (which is an honor in itself). I could go on and on, but you get the picture. He rocks.

I have two sons that mean the world to me and drive me insane all at the same time. Hunter is 11 and Gavin is 7. Nobody warned me how hard it is to be a parent, but then again, It is just as rewarding. My kids are VERY active and can be a handful but they are also very affectionate and interesting.

My family and my friends are VERY important to me, so don't fuck with them, okay?. ;) I love hanging out with the girls and having a few drinks. My closest friends and I are more like sisters. I don't know how we found each other. I am guessing that crazy people just naturally gravitate towards each other.

I am very interested in debate. Usually topics ranging from politics, religion, sex, or current events. I can get really passionate about these topics and will jump on my soapbox in a heartbeat.... So if you are in the mood for a battle, then bring it.

I love people. People of all kinds. I am very open minded and I dont particularly care to be around others who are not.

I am also 'nosey'. I have to know all of the gossip. It's not a great trait I know, but I can't help it. I was raised in a small town.

I'm a liberal leaning centrist that thinks we are all responsible for helping each other out in life, and shame on those who do not. I'm kind of in a bad political place because I don't agree with either party completely. The Left is too loose with the money and the right likes to chop up our civil liberties. Maybe I will start my own political party.

I love pretty things. I can find beauty in most things.

I love to write blogs even though I am far from being a talented writer. That PH education drained the creativity right out of me! So you will usually have to put up with several idiot blogs and then I will surprise you every so often with one that is not so bad. I do tend to talk about personal things in my blogs and I have a foul mouth so bypass the blog section if you are easily offended. If something is personal enough that I don't want to share it with the general public, I will only share it with my preferred readers list. If you would like to be on that list, email me and well... we will see.

I love to travel, and am deathly afraid of flying.
