About me: I'm Dr. Mark Cheng, the chief instructor of Kettlebells Los Angeles. I started my Russian kettlebell training directly under the man who pioneered the modern kettlebell movement in the USA, Pavel Tsatsouline, and have been studying under him faithfully since then. In Dec 2007, he promoted me to RKC Team Leader ranking, making me one of two dozen of his highest ranking instructors worldwide.
You can find out more about what's going on with me at http://www.chung-hua.com/, and you can find out more about our Sunday morning kettlebell training class at http://www.kettlebellslosangeles.com
Who I'd like to meet: People who are interested in kettlebell training, fellow RKCs, people who want to train diligently and seriously with an eye to detail, fellow orthopedics specialists, PTs, tactical operators, first responders, law enforcement personnel, martial artists, strength and conditioning specialists, and good low-key folks.
Hey there! Just finally getting a moment here in the south of England and wanted to write and say once again thank you so much for our stay in LA. It made our last day in the US such a pleasure, and really helped with the flight as well - which turned out to be a very, very long day indeed. And I'm still in awe of the steak...
I will be doing some work this week and I'll pull out a few workshop photos and send them your way. Hope you both are well and keep in touch! Take care, Red.
