After a break of around 15 years I have decided to start playing again and have an album with the band called 'You Gave Me The Blues' which contains 11 original songs written by myself..see www.yougavemetheblues.co.uk
I am happy playing rock n roll, piano based ballads or acoustic guitar based blues... I also like arranging music especially putting different slants on covers.
ROY ORBISON TRIBUTE ( Barry Steele )
Currently playing keyboards for the superb Barry Steele who has the closest voice I have ever heard to Roy Orbison and we started touring Sept 2008 along with another superb band called 'The Complete Beatles' and 2010 looks like being a very busy year gig wise. Keyboards wise I use a Yamaha Motif ES7 and a Nord EX Stage Piano.

A lot of my songs do tend to be about relationships and how they can break or become staid...I love my rock n roll and cite Chuck Berry as one of my influences. I use PRS guitars although I do own a Fender Strat but I prefer humbuckers.. amp wise I use Marshall.
This site contains some of demo songs I wouldn't normally do with the band but maybe one day...... :)
