Hi Kevin. I got a copy of your CD "First Steps" and have really enjoyed listening to it. The material, arrangements and playing are all super. It seems like we have both been inspired by the great jazz-rock fusion movement that was going down in the 1970s, at least I heard stuff in there that made me think so, and that's a big compliment. Not to say it's limited to that style, you've got a wide scope going on from jazz to rock to classic R&B, a great blend of complexity tempered by immediacy and organic emotion.
