I'm an entrepreneur living in beautiful San Diego, California, USA. I'm really into online business, swimming, running, volleyball, travel, and a bunch of other fun stuff.
I started my website www.triswimcoach.com on a whim- I was "between jobs" and doing some part time jobs to make like....no money. Swimming was all I knew growing up! I swam competitively from age 8 up through college at UC Davis (go Aggies!)
I was giving some private swim lessons here and there and realized that 90% of my clients were triathletes (swim-bike-run) or future triathletes that had no idea about the swim portion of the race.
I found a niche! My website first just consistent of free content on swimming and a list of workouts that I sold for $17. Then I created an e-book ($37) and expanded the workouts. From there I have added a hardcopy book, CDs, online videos, and soon-to-be a virtual coaching system! Just check it all out at triswimcoach.com.
Crazily enough this is pretty much my full time thing now, and I'm making a decent living at it! (although it could be MUCH more than it is!!)
In the mean time I am looking at some affiliate programs. I recently signed up for the SGR Program, which is based on the excellent movie, The Secret. Check out my affiliate site at www.sgrprogram.com. In 2 months I've already made about $6500!
I'm also a real estate investor which takes up a lot of the rest of my time, with many properties in Texas!
