Those two basicaly make up who i am. Other than that im just making it do what it do. My Statement Paint Aside from loving the beauty, the skill and the power in art, I paint because I have to. There is a gravity pressing hard on my chest when I go too long without painting. When I pick up a brush, I wish I could just paint my heart away in every stroke. I wish to paint things that will make people feel, that it would make them think or dissapear, if only for the moment. When I start I have an idea of what I want to paint, whatever it may be. It could be anything people, places, ideas or things that are going on in my life. I am self taught so there is no pattern or system that I follow when I paint.With every stroke of every painting, I am constantly learning so the only pattern is that of constant change. My current work is on my exploration of color, brightness and darkness. I paint anything from bursts of passion to my night life.
