Back in High School, I used to draw an ongoing comic featuring myself and my friends as various characters. It was mostly a time killer, to be drawn between (and yes, during) classes. Inspired by various RPG's of the day, the comic was an "epic". Featuring the same sort of generic plot devices such stories are known for such as Crystals, Magic, and what have you. Add a heaping helping of Vampires and other creatures of the night, and you had my comic.
I even had delusions of publishing this tome someday. But when I pulled this out years after High School. I realized a few things.
1) the comic was comprised almost entirely of inside jokes between me and my friends of those days. Most of the humor would rightly go over most peoples heads, as it was never intended for them.
2) the earlier chapters of the comic looked like shite. My style had changed quite a bit from when I first started, and the first few chapters looked quite embarrassing.
And finally
3) I'm not a writer. Something that was very clear upon revisting this beast. In fact, I think I cringed on nearly every page.
Introductions out of the way, a few years ago, I made an attempt to conclude this 'epic' comic of mine. I got about 8 pages in when I came to the realization that I didn't care whether I finished this or not.
Regardless, the other day I came actross those 8 pages, and decided to upload and post these. Much of it won't make a lick of sense (after all, it's pages 148 - 155), but you can at least view how my previous work was progressing. So here it is, the Final Eight Pages of my old comic. May it rest in peace.

Man what great memories this brings up.
Seriously. Those were the days
Holy shit does this bring back memories! We really never did anything in high school except for draw all the time....heh good times.
