KevNight, real name Kevin Thompson is quickly causing a stir within the Nottingham music scene.
His music fuses together different elements of Big Beat, Trance and Hip-Hop that make his music his own.
Born and raised in Nottingham, KevNight’s passion for music came from listening to underground Garage and Hip-Hop tapes, and tuning in to pirate radio stations. This made him realise that he could show case his talent and make an impact on the scene, without the need for a major label.
KevNight spends his time within the studio on a regular basis, contemplating his next riff or beat, as well as perfecting his previous one. He then layers the beat to give you a journey through his eyes and his story.
Currently studying Music and Sonic Arts in Nottingham, KevNight is now perfecting his Dj and performance skills and will be on the road in the near future, tearing up the scene and making a huge impact.

Hey there, just to let you know, we have two gigs coming up next week. These are battle of the bands events, so it would be great if you could come along and show your support.
On Monday 9th March, we have a gig at the Rescue rooms in Nottingham.
Doors are at 7:00PM, and admission is free.
On Wednesday the 11th March, we are playing at the Maze in Nottingham. This gig is the first round of the Mindvox Indie Band 09 Competition.
Doors are at 7:30, and tickets are £3.50 on the door.
Both nights will be a great time for all, and we would love to see you there. Make sure to spread the word too!
