    Kevin Gibson is a modern troubadour, who combines the skills of a master story teller with those of a consumate musician. His deep and rough vocals carry a subtle energy that match the pulse of the music and compliment his haunting lyrics. His unique blend of modern classical ( a la Mussorsky?) and traditional celtic is seamless and creates varied effects, from the dissonance of a troubled mind through haunted merry-go-rounds to sad lullabies. Gibson's first album" Angel in an Ugly Place," was a concept album and was released in the fall of 2000. Shortly before this album was released Kevin, and his bandmates, grieved the death of fellow pianist and friend Kym Drake. Since then Gibson has remained songless; until now.
