too much to put here--I am a musician and singer and so i tend to have a soundtrack to my life.....
I like all types except gangsta rap--
especially like Loreena Mckinnet,Diana Krall, Enya, LIBERA the boys choir from South London is in my top 5 best music EVER! and a balance of other genres. I really dig Bluegrass and oldies too....music that is honest, innocent and fun.
Movies
Action, drama and comedy--basically all kinds--NO HORROR ( don't tell anyone but I have never seen a Friday the 13th movie)--but I do like the suspense thrillers! I LOVE movies that still have me thinking about them days, weeks later....ones that havve an impact.
Television
All Cop Shows, All CSI's and Survivor!
Discovery channel---I am Hooked on "The Deadliest Catch" SEASON 4 is here!
A &E , National Geographic. I am also into the documentaries, "Gangland" and any documentary about prison/gang life---let's just call it research.......
Books
Reading THE BOOK THIEF...LOVE IT! also a big fan of Educational Revolutionaries! Freide etc..Love reading the current research on Education, although noone seems to pay any attention to it...one day...I will lead the charge for Change....if Obama can do it for the country- I can do it for Education!!! One kid at a time!!!!!!

Anyone who fights for what they know in their heart to be right and My Mom and DAD.BUT, my FAVORITE heroes are my students that go through so many things at home, live in environments that are confusing and not always positive--but still manage to get up every day, come to school and do the best that they can. I am amazed by YOU!

Ms.Baker How's life? Hopefully good,as for me it's greattt. Just been busy with semester exams and finishing up my sophmore year. The other day I passed by A.C.New and I was wondering why there was hay behind the portables?? But the other day you answered my question with the video of you and your students reanactment of the Civil War. That's pretty cool. You seem very proud of your kids as you should be. I have had ALOT of teachers and you are definately one of my favorites. I appreciate everything you taught me not only to further my education but as well as how to deal with obstacles that may come in my life. You are GREATLY appreciated Thanks again!!!!!!!.

I tryed my best to stay out of trouble since the frist day we start talking about this cause i knew how much this meant to you! I know there was alot of teachers and student excited for battle but not as much as you! I wasnt trying to be negative but i thought we werent going to be able to handle it b-uz of the way 3rd period alway acted! but we did it every thing went very good thanks to you and other people that help!
