Bearsuit sorts the wheat from the chaff! Keytarded is formed of Bearsuit girls Jan Robertson, Cerian Hutchings and Lisa Horton for a joke. We play keytar covers, wear cutsie outfits and go round on roller boots. We hope Mikey P Vader and Mark Jennings will be joining us soon as our 2-man dance troup....they do not know this yet.
Its been selling faster than we expected, and we currently only have around a quarter of our stock left - so we thought we'd better you all know that if you want a copy then now would be a good time to pick one up! If you buy it from the link above then you're buying it direct from us, the label aren't taking a cut - so its a bit like Fair Trade for struggling musicians.
International mail-order is available, just follow the instructions.
Thank you very much, and sorry for making a mess of your profile. If its any kind of consolation, we don't have a MySpace bot, so I'm leaving these comments the old fashioned way. Three -and-a-half thousand of them. My life is so exciting.
Just to let you know I've launched a new website: www.StressFreePrint.co.uk. If you get a sec, please take a look around and let me know what you think. As always, give me a shout if you need any leaflets, flyers or posters to promote your gigs. Hope I can help you out sometime.
Take care and keep up the good work, Tom.
P.S. Cheers for your friendship. As a thank you, enter voucher code 'myspace' when ordering leaflet printing, flyer printing or poster printing and I'll knock 15 quid off the cost!
Happy New Year! Cheers for your friendship in 2008. All the best for 09. As always, let me know if I can help you out with any leaflets, flyers or posters to promote your gigs. If you place an order, just mention that you're one of my Myspace friends and I'll knock 15 quid off the cost. Hope I can help you out sometime. Take care, Tom. Check out my website to find out more about leaflet printing, flyer printing and poster printing.
Hello! Thanks for the add. We thought you were great on Sunday and really enjoyed your set! Sorry you weren't able to stick around and say hello. We won't be able to make it on Sunday as we're playing in Brixton, but i hope you have a great gig, and we'll catch you next time! Cx
Hello keytarded. How's the band? Hope the upcoming show goes well!
Just stopping by to see what's up, as well as to inform all of our Myspace friends that Shmanbot's debut CD is now available on AmazonMP3. Just wanted to share the happy news!
Hello, Keytarded. I am Shmanbot, the androgynous cybernetic organism.
Thanks very much for the add. The keytar is the best instrument in the world, with the possible exceptions of the circuit-bent Speak n' Spell and the flexotone.
Please enjoy Shmanbot's silly music and videos. We have a new CD on iTunes that's bursting with keytars as well.
Hmmmmm. I'm conflicted, because I liked your song so much, I wanted to add it to my profile and replace Goldfrapp. But you won't let me. oh well. Welcome to the mind of misterkevin and thanks for being a virtual friend! Come taste the strange, the transcendental, the darkly adorable, the absurd, La Belle et La Bête, and the truth!
“Scottish prodigies Popup are making a huge impact, they’re the best new band we have seen this week and will be one of the hottest bands of 2007”. – NME
Popup are a wee Scottish Indie-Pop band that have played live on BBC TV & Radio and done sessions for XFM and had lots of airplay in Japan, USA and Germany where their debut single "Lucy, What You Trying to Say?" was No3 in the Radio Bremen listeners year end poll, Popup have been written about by many magazines like NME where they were recently "live band of the week" and their friends at Artrocker supported the band with an invite to play their stage at The Great Escape 2007. Popup recently toured Texas and New Orleans, (including SxSW) and they recently performed at London Calling in Amsterdam and did 3 shows for the BritBus tour in NYC, they have such a wonderful range of influences, from jangle-tastic Postcard era Orange Juice through to the indie-tastic saviours of indie-pop The Pastels to balls out blistering riff monsters via Arab Strap and everything in between, but without sounding muddled and contrived.... everything sounds like Popup. We think you will like their songs and you can see and here more at.... www.myspace.com/popuptheband
