I've been taking piano lessons since I was three. You'll prolly see me if you ever go to noon recitals in Benton. I also love composing, and will be composing in a trio soon. I'm available for other stuff though, if anyone needs a pianist.
Yeah...basically what I already said...I like composing. On piano and computer. I'm part of a trio and a duo (the duo is for computer), but I'm always ready for new projects. :)
Writing is another passion of mine...I mostly write poetry and short stories, but I'm also taking Writing for Media next term, so we'll see how that goes. I'd love to be published someday.

I can fake my way through 3 languages (I only know Spanish very well, but I took German and Japanese too) and several instruments. I'm a geek/nerd/dork. My current TV obsessions include Doctor Who and Life On Mars. I want to live in Scotland someday, but for now I'm chilling out in Portland until I can go to the east coast for grad school. yup! creative writing. (i saw that you also like to write.. very nice.) although, as you must be aware, saying you want to be a writer is NOT a practical career choice. thus, i'm trying to decide on a double-major. maybe library science.. owning a bookstore would be pretty sweet.
things in iowa are peaceful, albeit boring. my summer class starts next week, and i'm in the process of starting an internship with an independent magazine. but at the minute, im trying to enjoy the calm before the storm.. but really, i'm only happy when i've got things to do.
anywho. how are you?
That sounds like fun. I'll probably just be hanging around Beaverton looking for a job and playing a few shows with my band. I don't really have anything exciting planned. What kind of summer classes are you taking?
